Verticals

Dear Aeou, I think, that the optimal results in architectural photography require to hold the optical axis of the camera strong HORIZONTALLY. Otherwise we obtain collapsing verticals. If we hold horizontally, we obtain too much foreground and must crop the surplus area, but the verticals remain exactly parallel. If it is impossible, we must use PhotoShop. If you don’t agree with me, use revert.

Уважеемый Аеou, Думаю, что оптимальные результаты в сьёмках архитектуры получим держав оптическую ось объектива точно горизонтально. В том случае мы получаем излишную площадь первого плана, которую мы можем потом срезать, но вертикали останутся паралельными. В другом случае мы можем пользоваться ФотоШопом. Если Вы со мной не согласны, пользуйтесь ревертом.

Пане Szczebrzeszynski, я добре розумію польську, а ви - українську, тож давайте так і писати. Не треба англійської чи російської. Повторю ще раз суть претензії - ви спотворюєте пропорції. Ви ж архітектор і знаєте, що позбавляючи будинок вертикального перспективного скорочення, ви повинні ще й видовжити його по вертикалі. Інакше пропорції виглядатимуть спотвореними. Щодо реверту, то ніби зробив його, але файл всеодно виглядає по-старому - напевно не вмію правильно.--Сергій (обг.) 18:45, 30 June 2011 (UTC)

Щодо швидкого вилучення

Вітаю Сергію. Щодо необхідності швидкого вилучення праць авторів, як померли до 1968 року (наприклад [1]), маю дуже великі сумніви. Річ у тім, що за радянським законодавством строки охорони авторських прав були 25 років після смерті автора. Закон про Авторське право 1993 року не має зворотньої дії, тому всі твори які були у суспільному надбанні на момент прийняття цього закону, залишаються такими і зараз, бо редакція Закону 2001 року також не мала зворотньої дії. --Yakudza (talk) 21:55, 5 October 2012 (UTC)

Доброго дня Анатолію. Із того що завантажив, я "відфільтрував" лише найбільш певні файли (70 і більше років). Не хочу підспудно чекати, що хтось рано чи пізно їх вилучить. Це може статись через рік чи два, я буду відсутній і про радянське законодавство скоріш за все не згадають. Мене більше здивувала ось ця номінація Commons:Deletion requests/Files uploaded by Aeou. Номінатор вирішив, що у нас взагалі усі 70...400+ будівлі не вільні - про такий закон я ще не чув... Він згріб цим запитом 735 файлів із абсолютно різними ситуаціями, очевидно будучи готовий розглянути кожну (?) індивідуально. Дискусія відбувається, але аргументів по суті поки що не бачу. Цікава ситуація.--Сергій (обг.) 05:12, 6 October 2012 (UTC)

Bardzo serdecznie dziękuję za informację. Dane biograficzne można by znaleźć w książce Stanisława Łozy: "Architekci i budowniczowie w Polsce" z roku 1954. Niestety nie mam tej książki.
Przy okazji prośba: w ukraińskiej Wikipedii nie ma artykułu o Oldze Pasiecznik, (Olha Pasicznyk) ukraińskiej śpiewaczce (sopran) która jest primadonną Warszawskiej Opery Kameralnej. Można ją uważać za następczynię Salomei Kruszelnickiej, która też śpiewała w Warszawie. Przetłumaczyłbym artykuł z pl-wiki, ale mój ukraiński jest za słaby. PS Też lubię Szostakowicza, zwłaszcza I koncert na trąbkę i fortepian oraz XV symfonię.
 
Willa pod nr 156, przebudowana w 1926 r. według projektu Aleksandra Ostena należąca do kupca Jana Pawłowskiego. Przed tym budynkiem 9 lutego 1944 r. radziecki wywiadowca-Nikołaj Kuzniecow, przebrany w mundur niemieckiego oficera, zastrzelił wicegubernatora dystryktu Galicja Bauera i jego sekretarza Schneidera. Witam. Przepraszam, że pisze z opóźnieniem. Podejrzewam, że ta książka nie ma informacii o Ostenie, jak i o wielu innych lwowskich architektach. Google Books nie może go tam znaleźć (wielu innych fragmentarnie odczytałem właśnie przez Google - też tej książki nie posiadam). Tekst, podany przez pana jest tłumaczeniem fragmentu książki lwowskiego publicysty Ihora Melnyka "Львівські вулиці і кам'яниці..." Z kolei sama artybucia tego domu prawdopodobnie pochodzi z przewodnika u Jurija Biriulowa Lwów. Ilustrowany przewodnik. — Lwów : Centrum Europy, 2003. Tak czy inaczej o tym domu wiem, lecz tekst mojego brudnopisu jest ukryty (żeby zobaczyć, trzeba nacisnąć "редагувати").
Przepraszam, że nie napisałem o Oldze Pasiecznik. To zupełnie nie mój temat, dlatego obawiam się, że napiszę jakichkolwiek bzdur. Lecz jeżeli znajdę jeszcze źródła, postaram się uzupełnić pana artykuł, i wyślę panu zdjęcie tej strony.--Сергій (обг.) 18:26, 10 January 2013 (UTC)

Фото не зовсім пам'яток з ВЛП

Доброго вечора! Прошу не прибирати позначки про завантаження в рамках ВЛП з будівель, які не мають статусу пам'ятки. На прикладі File:Житловий будинок, Каліча Гора, 10a.jpg я розкрив обидва можливі випадки: спочатку як позначив це як очевидно неправильне фото (пам'ятки на фото не має), а потім помітив, що будинок № 10 таки видно на фото, але в неналежній якості для статті, і поставив відповідну позначку. Прохання в подальшому не вилучати фото з категорій ВЛП-2013 (2012 це не зовсім стосується, бо там такого відбору не було) остаточно, а лише прибирати з категорій пам'яток та за потреби виправляти описи. Привіт. Дякую, що конкретизували посиланням на ліцензію. Але там не cc-by-sa-3.0, там cc-by-nc-nd 3.0. Вона забороняє комерційне використання (nc) і забороняє похідні твори (nd). Файли під такою ліцензією тут заборонені. Для Вікіпедії або Вікісховища потрібно, щоб і вільне комерційне використання і похідні твори були дозволені. Я розумію, що Ви можливо маєте надію на fairuse, який дозволено у Вікі, на відміну від Сховища. Але в даному випадку fairuse не допоможе. Однією з його вимог є "відсутність можливості зробити вільний замінник". Ця "відсутність можливості" трактується досить строго: якщо людина жива - значить є можливість сфотографувати її, значить fairuse бути не може. І байдуже, що та людина живе десь скажемо в Австралії, а ви в Україні - вважається, що всеодно можливість "є". Fairuse, тобто добропорядне використання чужих фото без вільної ліцензії, традиційно використовується для: будівель, які вже втрачено; людей, які вже не живуть і т. п. Якщо наприклад об'єкт, потрібний Вам для статті, існує, але розміщується на другому кінці світу - теоретична можливість зробити вільний замінник є. Значить взяти просто з Інтернету захищене авторським правом фото ми вже не можемо.--Сергій (обг.) 16:22, 30 May 2014 (UTC)

8 липня 2015 року вийшов закон №122-ЗРК/2015 «Про внесення змін до Закону Республіки Крим ”Про об'єкти культурного спадку в Республіці Крим”», яким об'єкти культурної спадщини Криму було визнано такими, що підлягають державній охороні Російської Федерації. Спираючись на це, НП «Вікімедіа РУ» та спільнота російських учасників вікіпроектів цього року проводить щорічний фотоконкурс «Вікі любить пам'ятки» в Росії уже із Кримом у своїх конкурсних списках. Ми дуже вдячні Вам за те, що Ви змогли взяти участь у конкурсі. Цього року конкурс проводився четвертий раз. Було завантажено 41675 фото (перше місце у світі!). Що важливіше, було завантажено світлини 13980 унікальних пам'яток, а з них 3773 — вперше цього року. Це просто неймовірні цифри, і це все завдяки Вам! @Hubertl: Thank you still suffer me in QI project. I still feel not enough experienced (often have problems with saturation and WB). I not photograph people or landscapes and I do not even know how to properly configure the camera for this:) Thats why I can not adequately assess something other than architectural details. And it is difficult for me, because I speak English too bad (only uk, ru and some pl).--Aeou 12:53, 9 September 2016 (UTC)

I already asked you last year, you did´nt even gave me an answer - which is more than rude! After almost one year of QI-participation, it is time to do the same work, others do every day. I really mean it! It ist not a good excuse at al, after a year of nominating images, to say that you had no idea what a quality image has to be. Please don´t try kidding me! @Hubertl: I really often not answer in English, because it is difficult to me. During last year I answered only two times. And one of these messages was the answer to you [2]. I am not kidding. I really make photos almost only of architecture and architectural details. When I look nominations of portraits, they seem to me unsharp, landscapes often uninteresting with bad composition, too cold and unsharp (only my opinion). But they were often assessed as QI... I understand, that "have no idea what a quality image has to be" (my own few landscapes were bad too). My QI-nominations were episodical during this year. I do not want to make anyone my servant, sorry.--Aeou 18:12, 10 September 2016 (UTC)

@Figure19: Привіт, дякую за грунтовну роботу із сортування. Щодо тієї ситуації. Просто один Вовків є у Перемишлянському районі і один - у Пустомитівському. Всі фотографії дерев'яної церкви насправді мають бути тут. Файли, очевидно, треба буде перейменувати. Видимо, людина помилилась, працюючи зі списками. Я добре пам'ятаю обидві церкви, бо був в обидвох однойменних селах.--Aeou 17:12, 12 September 2016 (UTC)
