Escudo La Vall d'Uixó

Saludos/salutacions Adrianturismo, me alegra que te guste la versión del escudo que he subido.

Respecto a tu propuesta de subir a Wikimedia la versión oficial que utiliza el ayuntamiento, como ya te habrás dado cuenta, Wikipedia tiene una política sobre licencias muy estricta, y sólo se permite subir imágenes que se publiquen expresamente con una licencia libre o estén en dominio público. La única solución que se me ocurre sería que el propio ayuntamiento publicara en su portal oficial (www.lavallduixo.es) las imágenes con alguna de las licencias aceptadas por la wikipedia, o bien utilizar el sistema OTRS para que su legítimo propietario (el órgano competente del ayuntamiento) aportara una autorización fiable (en este último caso te tendrías que poner en contacto con algún voluntario del OTRS y que te explicara el sistema, yo no sé muy bien como funciona). Intentar subirlo por cualquier otro sistema no es posible puesto que cualquier usuario puede pedir su borrado: se presume que si la imagen ha sido publicada anteriormente en internet tiene un propietario que ha de autorizar su uso mediante la licencia adecuada.

Por otro lado comentarte que, yo creo que, desde un punto de vista estrictamente heráldico, las tres versiones que existen en wikipedia del escudo de la Vall d'Uixó (, , ) son correctas heráldicamente y por lo tando son representaciones correctas del escudo oficial de la Vall d'Uixó. Cualquier ilustración que cumpla con la descripción escrita del blasón (que en este caso está publicada en el DOGV) es correcta heráldicamente. En otras palabras, pueden existir diversas interpretaciones artísticas del mismo escudo de armas. (A mí personalmente, la torre cuadrada que aparece en me gusta mucho, es una torre que recuerda mucho a las que aparecen en cerámica antigua valenciana y socarrats). Únicamente una de las representaciones () no se ajustaría al blasón oficial en lo referente a la forma del escudo al utilizar un escudo de forma ojival en lugar de la punta redondeada, pero incluso aún así, según muchos heraldistas, seguiría siendo el escudo de la Vall d'Uixó, puesto que la forma de un escudo se considera en heráldica un atributo secundario, que puede cambiar fácilmente con la modas, y que no es necesario ni siquiera blasonar: se considera que no deja de ser más que el mismo escudo pintado o montado sobre un soporte distinto. Existe el error, bastante extendido (incluso entre especialistas), que de un escudo sólo puede tener una representación "correcta". Nada más lejos de la realidad. El hecho de que existan muchas interpretaciones de un mismo escudo lo único que hace es aportarle riqueza artística a ese escudo, basta darse una vuelta por Valencia,... o por cualquier ciudad monumental y visitar distintos edificios o monumentos para ver la gran cantidad de versiones distintas (y correctas) que pueden haber de un mismo escudo. Incluso si hacemos un poco de investigación sobre el escudo de la Vall d'Uixó seguro que encontraremos distintas representaciones del escudo de su ciudad (como, por ejemplo, la que aparece en el sello de 1849 que se conserva en el Archivo Histórico Nacional, , en la que aparece una torre muy distinta a la que actualmente utiliza el Ayuntamiento, y un sol, radiante, también distinto).
