I have moved this page to User:Actia Nicopolis/Postcards by Aspiotis because it does not conform to the requirements of a Commons Gallery. The page, as it is, would probably be useful at WP:EN or WP:GR. Or, you could transform it into Commons gallery format, see, for example, Lighthouses in Maine. Once that is done, simply copy it to the same place I moved it from.
I have deleted Καρτ ποστάλ Ασπιώτη. We do not keep two different galleries that are identical except for language. If you with to create a bi-lingual gallery, you may, but the title must be in one language or the other and a redirect for the title in the other language. The reason for this is simple -- having two versions of the same gallery makes it much less likely that both will be maintained -- you may plan to do this, but where will you be 10, 20, 50 years from now?
Thank you for directing me to create a gallery for Aspiotis' postcards. Your advise is much appreciated and useful. I will reform the page and upload it when ready.
It was not me that recreated Καρτ ποστάλ Ασπιώτη.
I was advised to move w:el:Κατάλογος καρτ ποστάλ Ασπιώτη to the Commons Gallery, and I did so by creating Καρτ ποστάλ Ασπιώτη. This page was speedily deleted for good reason. The user who advised me to move my article w:el:Κατάλογος καρτ ποστάλ Ασπιώτη into Commons as a gallery, created the page Καρτ ποστάλ Ασπιώτη again. So, please, do not blame me for recreating this page in Commons. I hope you will realize the whole story if you look carefully into it.
In anyway, your advice has helped me understand how a gallery should be formed in Commons.

Yes, with the modification I made I think it is fine, thank you for your effort. The reason for the change to default gallery size is simple. For 80% of all users, it doesn't matter, but for the others, having the default size means that the images will show up on their screens at the size they have specified in their preferences. This is important for user of small screens -- it will allow them to see whole images, rather than having to scroll. More important, it is important to vision impaired people who use very large screens and who want to see only one gallery image on each screen, so they specify their default size as the whole screen. . The Ottoman Empire 10 paras brown and yellow, proportional fee fiscal stamp was intended for usage in the Constantinople administrative area according the handbook by Suleymaniye. The issues in same design and same year but in blue and black were for use in provinces (10pa no. 4544). Prevesa is clearly not in the Constantinople administrative area. This makes me doubtful about the postmark. Any sources backing that its genuine? Although intended for usage in the Constantinople administrative area, i found another revenue (Sul. 4513) which was used in Alexandria, the cancel looks genuine to me. Use the CommonsDelinker link in the {{Rename}} template to order a bot to replace all ocurrences of the old title with the new one. Or, if there was no rename-request, please use the Move & Replace-tab.
Please leave a redirect behind unless you have a valid reason not to do so. Other projects, including those using InstantCommons, might be using the file even though they don't show up in the global usage. Deleting the redirects would break their file references. Please see this section of the file rename guideline for more information.
Hi, harmonizing file names is a good job, but please don't do it without asking authors in the examples of slovakian towns and villages. Yes, it's true that the slovakian is the official language in Slovakia, but not the only one. So (not only in bilingual cases) if the author of the photograph titled the photo in hungarian, please do not harmonize it to slovak name, because it's not authors mistake, but the title what he/she wanted to give it. We cannot use recent photos of three dimensional objects. Hello @Actia Nicopolis: sorry to disturb you but can you please change the name again to " File:Coat of arms of the Philippines (1943-1945).svg "? I accidentally used the wrong dash on the renaming request, it is to match the other coat of arms that use a regular dash, the flags meanwhile use nbsp dashes. I can't seem to request a rename once again since I think it already redirects there, it is the only one out of the Philippine coat of arms to have that nbsp dash and it will be nice to match it up with the others citing Criterion 4 and Criterion 6. As the photo is from the "Photograph collection of Actia Nicopolis Foundation", I would regard it as "previously published" as understood in the Commons:Volunteer Response Team (VRT) guidelines, and thus you should confirm your rights to license the photo, and your chosen licence, by an e-mail as instructed on that page.
Your user page says that you are Nikos Karabelas. As anybody can make such a claim, you should likewise e-mail the VRT to confirm your identity (cf Commons:Username policy#Well-known names). Not everyone nominating files for deletion will look at your user page, but at least the admin making the closing decision should, and the VRT ticket (if confirmed as valid) will remove any doubts. (There may be a slight problem in your using Nikos Karabelas on your user page, but Nikos D. Karabelas in the photo attribution. You might want to mention both in your VRT e-mail.)

This year will be the seventeenth edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Wikimedia users are invited to vote for their favorite images featured on Commons during the last year (2022) to produce a single Picture of the Year.
Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year are all entered in this competition. These images include professional animal and plant shots, breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historical images, photographs portraying the world's best architecture, impressive human portraits, and so much more.
For your convenience, we have sorted the images into topical categories. Two rounds of voting will be held: In the first round, you may vote for as many images as you like. The top 30 overall and the two most popular images in each category will continue to the final. In the final round, you may vote for just three images to become the Picture of the Year.

I'm currently working on a article about the aqueduct of Nicopolis for the German Wikipedia. Unfortunately, Nicopolis is very baldy represented in the German Wikipedia. A lot to do for the future!
The grand tour of Donaldson was made in 1820 and it was then that he produced the plans of Nicopolis. W. M. Leake used them in his publication, printed in 1835.
