File:State Crown of George I 1715.jpg has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.

If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues.

Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!

Thanks for uploading File:Queen Victora and Prince Albert at Receveid king Victor Emmanuel II.JPG. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.

Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own).

The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:Queen Victora and Prince Albert at Receveid king Victor Emmanuel II.JPG]]) and the above demanded information in your request.

Path to unblocking[edit]

@Magog the Ogre mentioned your block and your better behavior (aside from editing while blocked) in this edit. You have been blocked here and on itwiki for four years, and globally locked for almost three years. Your talk page access here is also blocked, so you may not post a proper unblock request here. However, you should be able to post a proper unblock request at m:User talk:A3cb1. @Vituzzu, Elcobbola, Ruthven, Guanaco, M7, and Hystrix: FYI.   — Jeff G. ツ please ping or talk to me 18:07, 6 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I would reject any request without a significantly long (e.g. 2 years) period with no evasions. --Vituzzu (talk) 13:37, 7 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I think the standard offer may be sufficient. But there's no point in arguing about it just yet; A3cb1 hasn't even responded to the message yet. Magog the Ogre (talk) (contribs) 23:30, 7 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Quoting from this edit sans header: hi jeff, I am writing to tell you that I have seen his news proposing the attempt to unlock, but before thinking about the request, I would like to ask you if it was possible to start the process of request and analysis for the files previously deleted, I I often apologize for his presence, and for this I apologize, but now that it seems that the wind has changed, I would ask if from now on before talking about unlocking it was possible to show the deleted files to the Commons: UNDEL for a probable restoration ?????--95.248.92.9 17:41, 7 May 2018 (UTC)   — Jeff G. ツ please ping or talk to me 23:38, 7 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
sorry, but it would be possible to make file restore requests (portrayed PD license prints etc.) on Commons: UNDEL???--95.248.92.103 16:55, 8 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
In short: no. --Ruthven (msg) 02:35, 16 May 2018‎ (UTC)[reply]
It's impossible to trust an user that continuously evades the block, laughing at our rules and guidelines. A show of good will should be done: as said by Vituzzu, at least 2 or 3 years of no block evasion whatsoever, in order to start thinking to an unblock (or even 4 or 5 years given the UNDEL request above, which indicates that he hasn't undertood nothing about the offer made) --Ruthven (msg) 21:58, 9 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Magog the Ogre: I opted for a longer term because he still lacks of maturity, it's a matter of age I think. Though this arises some new doubts (the summary is a childish insult). --Vituzzu (talk) 18:09, 16 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Vituzzu’s two years are IMHO an overly harsh term for a young guy… let him request undeletion of files via cul Meta-wiki for the time being? Formally it will not violate Commons block. But absolutely no socking may take place on Commons. 3–4 months without usual lies and socking, and I’d lean to support a limited admission back. Incnis Mrsi (talk) 16:15, 29 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Indeed 2 years aren't appropriate, considering recent mess even 3 years cannot be enough. --Vituzzu (talk) 18:39, 29 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

listen, it would be fair to ask for the restoration on commons undeletion, the fact of being blocked, not the right to ignore files that the following half is with the sources, licenses and various dao correctly entered, so I would just ask you if it were possible, start asking for the request to restore files once and for all, of immobility if not even speaks, because if it depended on you all this would be completely ignored, and this would be a really ignoble act, I say it because the user Jeff, always interferes with requests, I can not accept the fact that if one is blocked, does not have the right to request, I appeal to the administrators, so that they can see the following case , but the issue of files must be resolved, because it is really getting too long and we have not achieved many results, (I invite the user jeff to express his idea, because I can not understand his intentions, it seems that I reject or completely ignore any intention of dialogue on the matter)--95.245.76.135 21:32, 2 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

We will not consider requests from a LTA. So the files will be kept like that until we do not find a solution, and this solution is not you evading constantly the block just because you edit as an IP. The sooner you understand that, the sooner this "recovering" process will start. It is us that dictate the conditions for you to come back on Commons, and you have to prove good faith and willingness to act as a regular and respectful user (which is not the case right now). --Ruthven (msg) 21:47, 2 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I am trying to protect this project, in this case from an LTA. I am not interfering, I am expressing my opinion and pointing out what you are doing to interested officials. I will stop when you stop evading your block by posting on this project in any manner, or when officials tell me they are no longer interested.   — Jeff G. ツ please ping or talk to me 04:57, 3 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
We've been writing the same things for four years to someone who clearly cannot abide by any basic rule. Thereof, there's no point in doing anything different from en:WP:BRI. --Vituzzu (talk) 16:01, 4 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
