Request reason: "Er Hi. I am User:Evian Pepper logged out. I appear to have problems logging in. Over the past two days I have tried various passwords that I'm sure are correct, but it still says it is incorrect. I think I had email activated, so I thought I could just get the password emailed to me. Unfortunately, my IP range has been blocked by User:Herbythyme, which prevents me from using that option. I think that the password problem might have something to do with an en to commons transfer bot, which asked me to enter a password (not my commons password). It then asked me to post some code thing at the bottom of my talk page. I tried this password, too, but it still says it is incorrect. 86.29.142.63 00:42, 5 November 2008 (UTC)"

Request reason: "Not really. I'm using the unblock template, as it's the only way I can communicate with other users. (My IP range has been blocked). I was wondering if you could do me a favour in helping me. I think that I added my email address to that account, so if you attempt to login as Evian Pepper and click "Email password", that would be great. I can't, as I am blocked."
Decline reason: "You are a cross project indefinitely blocked user. Your range is blocked here & elsewhere. I see no reason given by you or otherwise to unblock anything - what am I missing? --Herbytalk thyme10:10, 8 November 2008 (UTC)"[reply]
