Deletion requests

Hello,

I notice that you are still nominating for deletion pictures just showing a building site which cannot be copyrightable, such as File:Marina 101 Under Construction on 4 January 2008.jpg. If you look back on some of your previous nominations you will notice that such requests have been closed as keep, for instance see Commons:Deletion requests/File:Platinum Tower Under Construction on 10 January 2008.jpg. Commons:Deletion requests/Images of Burj Khalifa shows the established precedent on dealing with buildings under construction in countries without FoP, which can be summarised as pictures of buildings showing just incomplete exterior designs are not copyrightable, and should be kept. There is near zero chance of pcitures showing little more than concrete being deleted under this precedent. To save the time of others and to avoid clogging up deletion requests, I would suggest not nominating images for deletion outside previous precedent unless a good reason to deviate from it is given in the nomination.
