سلام. دسترسی گشت خودکار (autopatrol) بهتان دادم. الان باید بتوانید در ترجیحات Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-gadgets گزینهٔ VisualFileChange را فعال کنید. بعد به ردهٔ مورد نظر بروید و برای آن تصویرهایی که بی‌کیفیت می‌دانید درخواست حذف گروهی بدهید. یک هفته صبر کنید اگر کسی مخالفت نکرد یادآوری کنید تا حذفشان کنم. 4nn1l2 (talk) 18:14, 18 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
پس از فعال کردن ابزار به ردهٔ مورد نظر بروید، از نوار کناری گزینهٔ Perform batch task را انتخاب کنید. سپس دکمهٔ proceed را بزنید. سپس از قسمت action در بالای صفحه nominate for deletion را انتخاب کنید. دلیل حذف (بی‌کیفیت بودن و وجود جایگزین) را در جعبهٔ زیرش بنویسید و آن تصاویری که می‌خواهید حذف شوند را تیک بزنید. در نهایت روی دکمهٔ execute بزنید. 4nn1l2 (talk) 18:54, 18 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@POS78: ممنون بابت اصلاح. البته هنوز به اصل سؤال پاسخ ندادم. دو پروانه برای این تصویر قرار داده‌اید یکی {{PD-Iran}} بدون اینکه سال انتشار عکس را مشخص کرده باشید و دومی {{Cc-by-sa-4.0}} که اصلاً هیچ توجیهی ندارد. صرف اینکه عکس سیاه و سفید است دلیل نمی‌شود آن را به قدر کافی قدیمی دانست. نیاز به سال انتشار تصویر هست. اگر سی سال گذشته بود اوکی است، وگرنه خیر. بدون داشتن سال انتشار نباید فایل بارگذاری کنید. این یکی هم بهتر است خودتان درخواست دهید حذف شود. 4nn1l2 (talk) 19:13, 8 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, 4nn1l2, and thanks for your help, but since lack of FoP in Iran wasn't given as a deletion reason at Commons:Deletion requests/File:Tabriz Terminal.jpg, I figured the deletion request would fail and didn't download the photo to use locally in en.Wikipedia/Tabriz, based on en.Wikivoyage's fair-use exception rules, thereby leaving a hole in the article. @MGA73: Fawiki has a strange rule that it has no policies or guidelines of its own and instead follows the English Wikipedia, so in absence of any explicit consensus to reject the English Wikipedia's consensus, fawiki follows enwiki regarding the new GFDL policy.
I reviewed the files in the list, fixed many of them, tagged some of them for speedy deletion (which may take months to be resolved there, considering that most of its admins know almost nothing about copyright), and nominated some others for regular deletion. I also asked three users to relicense their works under CC, two of which responded positively very quickly!

Do you know anyone on fa.wiki that could work on the license migration? On fa:کاربر:MGA73/Status I made a link so it is possible to see who uploaded the license migration candidates. Active users could relicense their files but many have to be fixed by someone who volunteer to help out. @MGA73: In my early days as a Wikipedian, I was patrolling all images of fawiki and I really intended to sort things out, but some ignorant admin bited me, declined my speedy tags, ... and the ensuing drama left a bad taste in my mouth. Since then I have tried hard to avoid any activities regarding images on that project. Today, I almost made an exception following your comment.
Why did I say this? I saw this question of yours on fa:کاربر:MGA73/Status: "It seems that license migration is not implemented. Why?" There is a bigger problem. Today, Fawiki is a haven for all kinds of copyvios.
I can't (or don't want to) name anyone, but I may be able to do the task myself.
But I have a question about dual-licensing images. Commons:License Migration Task Force/Migration states that "Must have been uploaded to Commons or to some other Wikimedia project before August 1, 2009." It means that, for example, fa:پرونده:Golfam.JPG — which has been uploaded to fawiki in 2011 — is not eligible to be dual-licensed under CC by me (a third party). Copyvios have to be checked one by one so that takes a lot of time. And I do not read the language so I need to use google translate. That is why I focused on GFDL first. You are correct that fa:پرونده:Golfam.JPG can't be relicensed. Except by the uploader. What makes it a bit tricky is that if a file is uploaded in 2008 and cropped in 2010 then the file is still eligible for relicense but if you make list of files uploaded before August 2009 then it may not be on the list. I couldn't care less about the word f*** itself (not aiming it towards others), but I find calling male editors b**ch utterly insulting (calling female editors b**ch is also insulting but at least it does not mess with their gender). This is definitely a personal attack and you're lucky you didn't get blocked over it. In my opinion, you crossed certain red lines and you are responsible for your own behavior, no matter how much you have been taunted. The other party had already been told twice[6][7] to discontinue and defuse the situation and they were doing so, but you were doubling down. Regarding translations, if a page has already marked for translation such as Commons:Licensing, you can simply click on the "translate this page" link and start translating it into Meitei/Manipuri language. But this is the new method. Many pages on Commons still use the old method and have not been marked for translation such as Commons:Community portal. In this case, you can put the name of the page in the search box, press Enter, click on the red link that appears, and finally create the page. It's like creating any other page on a wiki. З 1 по 30 вересня вже традиційно пройде українська частина міжнародного фотоконкурсу «Вікі любить пам'ятки»! В Україні цей конкурс пройде вже вдесяте. На конкурс можна подавати власні фото пам'яток історико-культурної спадщини України — і змагатися за призи. Більше можна прочитати за посиланням.
Радимо ознайомитися із детальними правилами, а також із відповідями на часті питання. Як і того року — у номінації «За найбільшу кількість сфотографованих пам’яток» можна отримати 21 бал за фотографії об'єктів, якщо світлин цієї пам'ятки раніше не було завантажено.
Нагадаємо, що всі фотографії автоматично беруть участь у номінації «За найбільшу кількість сфотографованих пам’яток»; однак для того, щоб фото позмагалося у номінації «Найкраще фото», потрібно підтвердити це при завантаженні.
Цього року вперше будуть окремо виділені фото з повітря (дронами, квадрокоптерами тощо) — у спеціальній номінації «Аерофото». Для того, щоб робота потрапила на спецномінацію потрібно вибрати її у Завантажувачі.
Важливо! Цього року відбулася адміністративно-територіальна реформа. Однак, ми проводимо конкурс ще за попереднім адміністративно-територіальним устроєм. Hello, As you are already aware all photos uploaded by me hae been serially flagged and deleted due to alleged copyright violations.
however the sources used are all top-tier and reputable iranian news agencies, with their own watermarks on the pictures. Iran is not a member state of the WTO and copyrights simply do not apply to 90+% of intellectual properties in iran, that is the reason for all the reputable news agencies using the same photographs. as most of my edits and contributions relate to the aerospace sector in iran, you can understand why the pictures are from iranian sources, and why there is no copyright information on theri website, SINCE COPYRIGHT LAWS DONT APPLY to such photographs.

ما این عادت زشت و غیردموکراتیک ویکی‌فا را اینجا نداریم که برخی برای اعمال نظرشان بحث را به‌زور می‌بندند (مخصوصاً در تام) و اگر کسی خواست بحث را ادامه دهد تهدیدش کنند!
خواهش می‌کنم. پروژه‌ها هرچند خواهر هم هستند و به هم کمک می‌کنند و به یکدیگر سرویس می‌دهند (کما اینکه ویکی‌انبار همهٔ تصاویریش را در اختیار همهٔ ویکی‌ها از جمله ویکی فارسی می‌گذارد)، ولی کاملاً از هم مستقلند. یکی از عجیب‌ترین جنبه‌های ویکی‌پدیای فارسی (که همزمان هوشمندانه هم هست!) این است آن پروژه از خودش سیاست ندارد و سعی می‌کند از سیاست‌های ویکی انگلیسی تبعیت کند. همین باعث شده سیاست‌ها در آن پروژه به صورت سطحی رعایت شوند. بسیاری از کاربران و مدیران آن پروژه نمی‌دانند فلان سیاست کجا کاربرد دارد و کجا ندارد، چون سیاست از درون خود اجتماع نجوشیده، کامل درک و مفهوم نشده و برعکس به صورت طوطی‌وار از روی ویکی انگلیسی تقلید شده. آن پروژه مشکلات عمیق و به نظر من لاینحل دارد. ولی در حالت فعلی هم هنوز بسیار ارزشمند است.
سیاست‌های ویکی‌فا روی کاغذ خوب هستند ولی وقتی به مرحلهٔ اجرا می‌رسد، به نحوی بسیار ایراددار و ضعیف اجرا می‌شوند.
حالا این کجایش هوشمندانه است؟ اینکه اگر قرار بود ویکی‌فا از خودش سیاست بنویسید، احتمالاً همین میزان موفقیت روی کاغذ را هم نمی‌داشت. مثلاً سیاست ویکی‌بانی را ببینید که چطور به صورت بند بند نوشته شده است، انگار لایحه یا قانون است :)
یک نفر ممکن است آمار ویکی‌فا را ببینید و از دور فکر کند آن پروژه موفق است (مثلاً در حال رشد است یا تعداد کاربران ریزش ندارد)، ولی این‌ها عمدتاً ناشی از افزایش دسترسی به اینترنت در ایران است، نه عملکرد خود ویکی‌فا. 4nn1l2 (talk) 11:13, 16 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Нагадуємо, що до 30 вересня включно можна вантажити світлини та відео культурної спадщини України до національного етапу міжнародного фотоконкурсу «Вікі любить пам'ятки»!
Зараз Україна посідає 3-є місце за кількістю завантажених світлин, поступаючись Російській Федерації та Німеччині. За першу половину місяця було завантажено світлини пам'яток із усіх регіонів України, але частина із них є дуже погано представлена. Севастополь зараз представлений тільки однією пам'яткою і одним фото, Крим — 12 пам'яток і 51 фото. Детальніше — у таблиці:
Цього року у конкурсі є вісім спеціальних номінацій:
«Аерофото» — для фото з повітря (зроблені дронами, квадрокоптерами тощо). Для того, щоб робота потрапила на спецномінацію потрібно вибрати її у Завантажувачі;
«Via Regia Ukraine» — для об'єктів із охоронним статусом 15 населених пунктів, що за цим маршрутом є.

@Erik.security: سلام. اینجا در اصل باید فقط تصاویری را بارگذاری کنید که خودتان با دوربین انداخته‌انید یعنی عکاسش خودتان هستید. نباید از اینترنت به اینجا عکس منتقل کنید، چون ۹۹ درصد تصاویر اینترنت مشکل کپی‌رایت دارند. یک درصد سایت‌ها (از جمله خبرگزاری فارس، تسنیم، مهر) اوکی هستند. پیشنهاد می‌کنم fa:راهنما:انبار را مطالعه کنید. 4nn1l2 (talk) 06:53, 21 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

And one small good info: few minutes ago I finished with checking photos in Images from Wiki Loves Monuments in Semnan Province (Western Greater Khorasan): 100% categorized and referenced, >99% identified (a handful of ruins are exceptions). It was a deep check, which means no mistakes. I saw you've been opening new categories in Razavi Khorasan, based on uploaders' data, which are unfortunately inaccurate in some cases. Done Thanks. Good news about your future work on Razavi Khorasan categories. By the way, not a fan of Semnan at all. Too disrespectful towards the inhabitants of the real Khorasan; not to mention territorial disputes over Farumad and the vicinity. These lands should be given back to Sabzevar :) Semnanis do not look like Khorasanis these days. They have become too powerful (two presidents and many more ministers) and I consider them part of the center of Iran. Here is a table on the budget of Iranian municipalities. Shahroud with a population of about 150 thousands people (⅗ of Sabzevar) has a budget more than Sabzevar (500 vs. 480). And Sabzever is relatively well-off in Khorasan. اگر اشتباه می‌کنم بفرمایید. ایشان همان fa:علی لهراسبی خواننده هستند که در این عکس دارند فوتسال بازی می‌کنند. درست است؟
اگر عکس جایگزین خوب داشته باشیم (که ظاهراً داریم: File:Ali Lohrasbi snn.jpg) احتمال اینکه به درخواست ایشان احترام گذاشته شود و تصویر حذف شود هست ولی باید مطمئن شویم این درخواست واقعاً از جانب خودشان هست. فعلاً ما با یک آی‌پی طرفیم و هیچ نمی‌دانیم پشت این آی‌پی کیست ولی اگر با ایمیل رسمی درخواست دهند، نظرخواهی حذف تشکیل خواهد شد و اجتماع نظرش را اعلام می‌کند. همینجا بگویم که نظرخواهی ممکن است مدت زمان بسیار طولانی (گاه تا یک سال) طول بکشد و هیچ تضمینی هم نیست که به نتیجه برسد.

اگر درخواست فقط از سمت بارگذار باشد، احتمال حذف شدنش ناچیز است چون بارگذار در این قضیه مهم نیست و این عکس را هرکس می‌توانست و حتی در آینده می‌تواند[!] بارگذاری کند، مگر اینکه اجتماع پروژه صراحتاً در نظرخواهی بگوید دیگر نمی‌خواهد از این عکس میزبانی کند.

Start from the most obvious one. Don't nominate all of them at once. Do that one by one, and wait to see which one gets deleted and which one does not. And it's frustrating for me to find proper coords of virtually everything else, except one building. It's like a nice shining dome, with one tile missing. I know, my plan is to solve that ones in Isfahan and South Khorasan also, I remember that one person was opening various CR churches which I categorized, and I don't want to lose cats, so I'll make sketches. That's also the reason why I adviced POS not to open new cats fast, as he did earlier. First CR check & verification, then opening.
Regarding the opening new cats, I suggest you to wait, because I would like to check it and verify all first. For the beginning already opened cats by you and POS, and then images you speak about. The best solution is that if you notice some new photos, you put it in Cultural heritage monuments in Razavi Khorasan Province. I can not annoy you to verify all yourself, or ask you why you didn't understand difference between Mahi & Sharaf Caravanserai, Malek & Dokhtar Malek House, namesake imamzadehs Yahya ibn Zayd, and so on. In this category (as well as in three subcategories) files are variously named as bathroom, mosque, howz anbar or ribat. It's all wrong. There's zero file which give proper name. Trust me on this, five days ago I've made all six sites in that ruined village ([8][9][10][11][12][13]), found their proper locations and strictly checked Commons photos. I suggest renaming files according to current three categories, while all others as "buildings" or something else. Otherwise there's gonna be more mess in future. To illustrate the issue: for example this file has a wrong name of Q5888303, it had wrong ID of Q5900198, and actually shows Q5887448. My God! --Orijentolog (talk) 23:11, 6 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

سلام. سلامت باشید. بستگی به پروانهٔ فایل منبع File:Shomal-Iran.png دارد. این تصویر چون با پروانهٔ CC0 منتشر شده بود نیازی به ذکر منبع نبود. اما در اکثر مواقع که فایل‌ها با مجوز CC BY یا CC BY-SA منتشر می‌شوند باید حتماً از منبع و مؤلف اصلی یاد کرد (معنی BY همین است). به هر حال، من این فایل را به عنوان مثال منبع‌دهی کردم. 4nn1l2 (talk) 10:21, 8 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

سلام. خواهش می‌کنم. آثار دولتی ایران را اگر سی سال از زمان انتشارشان گذشته باشد در ویکی‌انبار می‌توان بارگذاری کرد با برچسب {{PD-Iran}}. دربارهٔ اسکناس‌ها و تمبرها با مشکل اثبات انتشار مواجه نیستم چون این‌ها قطعاً منتشر شده‌اند ولی برای عکس‌ها باید حتماً انتشار را ثابت کرد، مثلاً گفت در فلان مجله چاپ شده است چون خیلی از عکس‌ها تا مدت‌ها نمی‌شوند و در آلبوم‌های خصوصی باقی می‌مانند. 4nn1l2 (talk) 19:18, 8 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

سلام. سؤال سختی است. اینجا باید بین الهام گرفتن (مجاز) و تقلید کردن (غیرمجاز) مرز کشید. تعیین اینکه کجا الهام رخ داده و کجا کپی شده خیلی سخت است. به طور کلی هرچه‌قدر اثر اصلی ساده‌تر و غیرخلاقانه‌تر باشد، احتمال اینکه اثر شما برچسب کپی بخورد کمتر میشود. من آن پرچم فلسطین که روی صفحهٔ کاربری‌ام در ویکی‌پدیای فارسی هست را از روی یک عکس غیرآزاد الهام گرفتم و به نظرم پیچیدگی خاصی ندارد که برچسب کپی بخورد. ولی اگر دیگران خواستند گیر بدهند ساده‌ترش خواهم کرد و دور خواهم زدشان. 4nn1l2 (talk) 00:33, 1 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
