You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Your "collection" is entirely meaningless. I have a few hundred books in my library, does this mean that I can write an educational article giving "my personal library" as citation? No, I cant.

Dear German, i think you fail to understand, if you have a book of 1918, the author and publisher were dead, and the copyright has been expired for 50 years, and you are the only owner of the book, which means, there's only one such book and it belongs to you, then it's called your own collection, antique collection. Anyway, I am new to the Wiki community, I am not very familiar with wiki bureaucratic thing, you help me to correct it, and I thank you very much sincerely (2012 Forever (talk) 16:33, 20 January 2013 (UTC))

Sure it goes to public domain picture. The original creator is attributed to the ROC Peking Government. That's the proper source. Thanks (GoodTheory (talk) 18:32, 21 January 2013 (UTC))

The photo is not your work, you are not the photographer and therefore not the sole author. The information you wrote in the author field is untrue!

You are not the source. You collected the photo from a source and included it in your collection. The source where you toke it from is essential source information. Of course you have the photo in your collection (or on your computer), otherwise you cant upload it here. But who cares!? We need a source and thats not you. --Martin H. If you are familiar with the property law, you will see my point. It is an antique, only one existing in the world, and i am the owner of the photo. The creator of the photo died in 1937. (2012 Forever (talk) 16:33, 20 January 2013 (UTC))

If you know the date of death of the photographer you would be able to provide the photographers name in the author field (instead of writing your own name there).
