Request reason: "This is ridiculous. I am pursuing a rightful deletion request and battling against a disruptive admin. The closure was illegal and I have a right to re-open it - especially as the admin has totally ignored the valid reasons for deletion so how can I clarify what is there in a re-nomination? Therefore re-nominating is a waste of time - especially as the same admin has protected one page already from re-nomination! That is not disruptive in any way (nor is it "unwise" as another admin claims). The disruption is coming from the admin by not upholding the rules. I know what they are and I make formal request that this new block be revoked and that the admin at the bottom of this lose his powers."
