Category:Topless and barefoot female is not plural. Wikicommons conventions, if I understand correctly, favour pluralization. Hence my creation of Category:Topless and barefoot women.199.7.156.134 05:37, 26 July 2016 (UTC)

 Oppose They were very unhelpful nonetheless. The proper procedure with regard to Category:Topless and barefoot female would be to take it to COM:CFD and propose changing the name. As for the categories you were adding, like Men, Women, Russia, and so on, cleaning that up is more work than categorizing them properly in the first place. I blocked you so that you wouldn't go on adding categories like this. I've seen a lot of this same behavior from other IP editors in the past, so I'm honestly not sure that you're not doing this as a form of sneaky vandalism. In any event I oppose unblocking you as you obviously have no clue when it comes to COM:CAT policy.
