Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

I notice that the file page either doesn't contain enough information about the license or it contains contradictory information about the license, so the copyright status is unclear. If you created this file yourself, then you must provide a valid copyright tag. For example, you can tag it with {{self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-all}} to release it under the multi-license GFDL plus Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike All-version license or you can tag it with {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. Вы пишете что удалили файл правовой статус которого неясен. Этот файл взят из монографии 30-летней давности. Автор сайта с которого скопирован файл, НЕ ИМЕЕТ ПРАВ на этот файл он (или она) просто тупо отсканировал и выложил фотографии из этой книги. Hi, I dont speak russish, so I answer in enlglish: It looks like the webpage you copied the images from is fullfitting just a copyright violation. If the images were created around 1980 they are still copyrighted by the fotografer. If you know that person, you could try to contact him ask ask him if he is willing to publish the images under a free license - {{Cc-by-sa-3.0}} is recommanded. If he agrees h has to send an email to the commons support team as documented under Commons:OTRS or Commons:OTRS/ru in russish. If the case will be decided as valid by OTRS they will undelete the files. regards. --JuTa 18:53, 18 October 2013 (UTC)
