This user is a sockpuppet used by The Evil IP address to be used on global computers like internet cafés, libraries or similar, as not to risk hacking the admin account and possibly to test how things like the AbuseFilter or the Titleblacklist are for normal users. He has not yet been blocked, and has no plans to be confronted with such a situation somewhen. In order to avoid this, this account will not even edit votes or discussions.
