Steven is a research and data analysis expert with 12 years’ experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Steven has worked with various agencies; including the central statistics agency, PLAN international, Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ), IAPRI, Ministry Of Health, International Organization for Migration (IOM), Care international Zambia, Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA), Government of Lesotho (GOL), Government of Rwanda (GOR), Government of Kenya (GOK), GOVERNMENT OF Malawi (GOM), Government of Zimbabwe (GOZ), Ministry of defense Zambia, International Labour Organization (ILO), Red Cross, OXFAM among many others Steven’s 12-year experience as a research and data analysis expert integrates with his experience in development, public health, human rights and gender surveys. He is conversant with SPSS, EXCEL, Stata, Nvivo, SAS, Eviews, Epi-info among others. Working with various organizations exposed him to KAP related assignments covering different topics within and outside Zambia. While in this position, Steven facilitated development of various community development assignments including Gender Based Violence (GBV), Child protection among others. He is a holder of certificates in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), Data Analysis Using SPSS and Ms. Excel and Mapping and Presentation of Data using QGIS Software. Born on 09/06/1987, Steven Musonda was raised from a humble background who is very passionate about Research, Music, Art and Farming.
