I am an award winning olive oil producer in Northern California who has traveled, taken classes, and lectured on marketing high quality olive oil in the Europe, Asia, North America, North Africa, and South America since 2008. Formerly a judge in the TerraOlivo competition in Jerusalem, the Olive Japan competition in Tokyo, and the Napa State Fair competition in the United States.

Former board member for the following three groups: Olive Oil Commission of California, a regulatory body for the State of California; UC Davis Olive Center, an academic and research center associated with the Robert Mondavi Institute at the University of California; the Extra Virgin Alliance, an international trade organization for premium olive oil producers on behalf of consumers.

Currently working with 450 acres of developed orchards as well as developing a new olive orchard based on regenerative practices.
