Hallo, ich spreche und schreibe Deutsch, verstehe auch etwas français, Português (do Brasil), Español and English.

For me, a high-quality image also includes a carefully prepared description page (meta page) with detailed information. I try to implement this as consistently as possible in my uploaded photos. For some works of art that belong together as a series in some way, I have often included references to the other objects in the series or, in addition to the geo-coordinates, a position indicator so that the viewer of the picture quickly understands at which position within an ensemble the physically real work of art is located (example 1). In the case of cultural monuments and protected areas of national importance, a corresponding reference {{Cultural property of national significance in Switzerland|KGS-Nr }} or {{WDPA|ID-Nr}} is included. In addition, I often place a link to the corresponding map extract from Swisstopo (example 2). And in the spirit of multilingual Switzerland and the multilingualism of Wikimedia, I try to make the image description multilingual (often with the help of machine translation).

Vorlagen[edit]

  • so genannte Panoramafreiheit

Switzerland

According to article 27 of the Copyright Act (en/de/fr/it), works installed at or on publicly accessible places or ground may be pictured, and such pictures may be offered for sale, sold, transmitted, or otherwise published. The image must not be three-dimensional and it must not be possible to use the picture for the same purpose as the original.

The works must be permanently installed, but for the purposes of the law, "permanent" means a fixed installation which may be temporary -- time limited -- but not "accidental", e.g. due to transport of the work.

For more information, see COM:CRT/Switzerland#Freedom of panorama.

  • älter als 70 Jahre
Public domain

This work is in the public domain in its country of origin and other countries and areas where the copyright term is the author's life plus 70 years or fewer.

You must also include a United States public domain tag to indicate why this work is in the public domain in the United States. Note that a few countries have copyright terms longer than 70 years: Mexico has 100 years, Jamaica has 95 years, Colombia has 80 years, and Guatemala and Samoa have 75 years. This image may not be in the public domain in these countries, which moreover do not implement the rule of the shorter term. Honduras has a general copyright term of 75 years, but it does implement the rule of the shorter term. Copyright may extend on works created by French who died for France in World War II (more information), Russians who served in the Eastern Front of World War II (known as the Great Patriotic War in Russia) and posthumously rehabilitated victims of Soviet repressions (more information).
