Commercial licensing response

Thank you for changing the license on the photo. There's one small problem, however. The photo is currently tagged with a Non-Commercial license to it. Although Wikipedia is a non-profit organization, they don't permit the Non-Commercial tag as it's felt that would put too many constraints on what others can do with the contents of Wikipedia - our goal is to have a resource that's available for all people and all uses. The two Flickr licenses permitted are Creative Commons-ShareAlike and Creative Commons-Attibution.
