Welcome
On this page you will find only the elements that relate specifically to Commons and media that I have uploaded or am involved in. You can find out more about my Wiki In Africa work on my meta user page at User:Islahaddow. My WikiData Q number is Q87112320.

In Nov/Dec 2022 I have been taking part in the WikiAfrica Heritage training workshop for Wiki Loves Women's annual SheSaid Wikiquote Drive with Wiki In Africa. You can look at our contributions here.

My work on Commons
The work that I am involved in that is featured on Commons includes:

I was also part of the team that conceptualised and developed the ISA Tool. ISA was developed as a collaboration between m:Wiki In Africa, Histropedia and the Structured Data on Commons project as a GLAM pilot for Structured Data on Wikimedia Commons. ISA received the coolest tool WikidataCon 2019 Award in the Multimedia category. See how to create a campaign on ISA with an instructional video I created.

Below are just a few examples of designs, illustrations, publications and media I have submitted to Commons:

This video was selected as a Featured media file (I am very proud) ...

Here are some other videos I have created from scratch (script, collation, production, voice over, image and music selection, editing, etc.):

Here are videos I wrote scripts for and managed the production of:

And I created the intros and outros for WikiAfrica Hour live broadcasts - view episode 3 here

And, finally, here are a few images of me at large in the Wikiworld:
