Hi, I'm Hullian111, longtime English Wikipedia editor, as well as amateur photographer. Well, mainly of buses and emergency vehicles, but on occasion, additional items such as buildings, regular vehicles and fire stations in Kingston upon Hull and surrounding environs.

I operate a Flickr page under the username 'Hullian111'. Some images have been shared from there onto Commons by way of changing copyright status.

Flickr2Commons uploads from other Flickr users are now handled through User:Hullian111-Flickr2Commons to avoid clogging up the 'Uploads' section of this account - pre-existing Flickr2Commons images uploaded to this account are still valid, however. With this account, I am willing to, provided the image licensing is right, take photos from other Flickrites. Want to get in touch about your photo being added to/being removed from Wikimedia Commons? Give me a bell in either accounts' Talk sections.

Where have my photographs ended up?

Oh, the joys of a CC-BY-SA 4.0 license... off Wikimedia, my photos have ended up on:

• An Institute of Historic Building Conservation's article about the Hull Guildhall's timeball restoration,
• A TheCollector interview with Elizabeth S. Anderson on "democracy in the workplace" to demonstrate a picket line,
• An article in the Dallas Observer (and others), using a Wendy's sign to discuss the company's aborted "surge pricing" scheme,
• The website of Scarborough Group International, the very developers of the Princes Quay shopping centre back in the 1990s,
• An article on the World Socialist Web Site, demonstrating a Stagecoach in Hull bus when the operator's workers went on strike, and
• Richard Skiba's Crane Operations, demonstrating a "Truck mounted crane being used for lamp post replacement".

Proof, therefore, that Wikimedia Commons works in the name of open photographic information.
