Template:U[edit]

Hallo Kuru, du bist Admin auf den Commons? Du hast als letzter am {{U}} editiert. Als freqentierte Vorlage ist das Ding zu Recht protected, und ich wende mich an dich weil ich nicht ran kann.
Ich habe einen Zusatz zur bisherigen Auflösung gewissenhaft getestet, die Erweiterung ist unschädlich für alles bestehende.
Du kannst alles aus meiner Testvorlage {{÷}} kopieren. Anschließend wäre diese komplett zu löschen – das kannst du ja auch; zumindest die Kategorien sollten möglichst bald deaktiviert werden. Gruss -- sarang♥사랑 13:59, 26 January 2011 (UTC)

Alles erledigt. Die Sachen von {{÷}} sind in {{U}} eingeflossen und {{÷}} ist gelöscht.
Ich bin mir noch nicht schlüssig welche Kategorien du genau meinst ("zumindest die Kategorien sollten möglichst bald deaktiviert werden")

Mit Kategorien meinte ich, dass das ehemalige {{÷}} bereits die Kategorien für {{U}} eingetragen hatte, was ja eher ungehörig ist; Testzeugs von Baustellen sollte ja nicht bereits kategorisiert werden. Ist mir aber als das geringere Übel erschienen, denn sonst hättest du noch das dazueditieren müssen. Jetzt ist es weggeputzt und wieder alles in Ordnung; und es hat sicher nicht groß gestört, dass die komische Vorlage {{÷}} ein paar Tage lang in den Listen der link templates erschienen ist. -- sarang♥사랑 07:48, 6 February 2011 (UTC)

User:D-Kuru/licence is not the end. I'm planning {{User:D-Kuru/mpt}} for a long time now. "mpt" means "multi purpose template". This template will be usable for everything (considering what I need and use). Multiple languages will one of the things which will be included due to time. However, so far I don't really have time to care about the template. So, yes I want to have my template in multiple langues but it would make no sence when it looks completely different in a half year. So far it is not very useful to translate the template. But when I'm finished I will contact you again.

Use of pictures in book[edit]

Even I will write a mail as well, I tell you here: It's OK as long as you do what the licence requests:
"* attribution – You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests that they endorse you or your use of the work).
* share alike – If you alter, transform, or build upon this work, you may distribute the resulting work only under the same or similar license to this one."
share alike does not mean that you need to licence the book under that licence if you are finished but rather if you somehow rebuild this image you have to publish it under the same licence.
attribution: When you attribute me with "Author: D-Kuru/Wikimedia Commons" it's fine for me. Don't forget to mention that the licence. The whole text could look like this:
Author: D-Kuru/Wikimedia Commons
Licence: CC-BY-SA-3.0-AT
or
Author: D-Kuru/Wikimedia Commons | Licence: CC-BY-SA-3.0-AT
If possible include a (hyper)link to the images page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Crookes_tube_two_views.jpg) and the webpage of the licence (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/at/deed.en) so that everybody knows that this image can be used for free.

Permission to use picture[edit]

we would also like to include your picture http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Crookes_tube_two_views.jpg in a book. In this case, it will be a popular science book about plasma physics. The book (in Spanish) will be included in the collection “Que sabemos de...” of the publishing house “Catarata”. You are right. You can use the image as well and there are only the conditions written on this page and those which can be read on in the licence text (which are actually the same).
I would really like to see a link at the end of your book to the image on Wikimedia Commons (http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Crookes_tube_two_views.jpg) and a link to the licence (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/at/deed.en) so that everybody knows that this image can be used under a free licence and where the full resoluted image can be found.
The text I suggested "Author: D-Kuru/Wikimedia Commons" and "Licence: CC-BY-SA-3.0-AT" are enough near the image. You can plase the information around the image in a way you are comfortable with. For example: Both (author and licence) pieces of information in one line, in two lines, author above the image licence below, author below the image licence on the right.
