Stefan4 asserts that Oracle refers to "its GPL code" without defining what "its GPL code" is. Does it refer to everything copyrighted by Oracle, or only to some of those things?

License agreement actually says: "This License applies to any program or other work which contains a notice placed by the copyright holder saying it may be distributed under the terms of this General Public License." (Press CTRL+F in your browser and search for a portion of this statement. You will find it.) The term "GPL code" actually appears only once, well outside the actual license agreement in "Preliminary notes" section, in a context that does not indeed apply to the logo at all.
Stefan4 asserts that since the "Preliminary notes" section of the license agreement says that portions of VirtualBox's code belongs to third parties, maybe its logo also belongs to third parties as well.
Self-contradictory! Stefan4 himself has rejected this argument, after analyzing the material mentioned in that section, saying:
