In every discussion about File:Virtualbox logo.png, User:Stefan4 uses the following fallacious discussions:

Argument Counter-argument
Stefan4 asserts that Oracle refers to "its GPL code" without defining what "its GPL code" is. Does it refer to everything copyrighted by Oracle, or only to some of those things? Wrong!
Stefan4 asserts that since the "Preliminary notes" section of the license agreement says that portions of VirtualBox's code belongs to third parties, maybe its logo also belongs to third parties as well. Self-contradictory! Stefan4 himself has rejected this argument, after analyzing the material mentioned in that section, saying:

Chapter 16 is about third-party material, but both the Virtualbox source code and the Virtualbox logo are © Oracle and thus not third-party material.

I also agree. VirtualBox's logo belongs to Oracle, not any other third party.
Stefan4 says this logo is in fact not included in VirtualBox's source code repository or the VirtualBox for Windows package. Wrong! Here is the link to the logo in VirtualBox's repository: [1]
