通常我不会上传照片的原文件，并且会把短边的长度缩小到1200像素（DPI不大于300），内容很重要的除外。

Usually I won't upload original file and adjust the width to less than 1200px except the content of it is impotant.

English: I'd like to obey the rule but don't have much time learning too many legislations here. Thus I prefer trail-and-error policy.
