Add a transcription parameter to the description template with:
|other_fields_1 = {{InFi|name={{i18n|inscription}}|value={{inscription|1=|language=fr}}}}
Newer version (with updated i18n syntax):
|other_fields_1 = {{InFi|name={{int:wm-license-artwork-inscriptions}}|value={{inscription|1=|language=fr}}}}
