This photograph is not a duplicate, so please do no delete it! It is part of a series of photographs taken from exactly the same point of view and with the same camera settings (and usually using a tripod), but with different exposure settings; this is called exposure bracketing.

Exposure bracketing can be very useful with high-contrast subjects. Parts of the image, which are too bright in one of the photographs, will look better in the darker picture, and parts which are too dark in one of the photographs will look better in the brighter picture. Additionally, bracketed series of pictures can be used to create HDR images.
