The crossroad Kerklaan-Ambachtseweg-Noordweg, was in the 1920's still a dirt road. Later the houses would be torn down to make a better passageway to Poeldijk. The car is most likely owned by dr. Jansen. Nowadays a restaurant is located where once De Rusthoek was located, but it is still commonly reffered to by that name.
