Is this Naver blog?

Naver blog has two forms of domain(blog.naver.com/$username or $username.blog.me), or it can have custom domain. If the link is from blog.naver.com or blog.me domain, it is Naver blog. If domain is not Naver blog produced, it must have link to section.blog.naver.com. Or (if you understand this) the domain always resolves to 125.209.214.79.

Now, if you are certain that the target blog is naver blog, proceed to the end of the contents. If you see the right side of the article, it should have a familiar logo, which will link you to respective license of Creative Commons 2.0 Korea license. As always, I advise you to make a snapshot in Internet Archive in case the original website is down or the content was taken down by its owner.
