Yet another template[edit]

I don't understand, what's happenign here? Yet another Wikimedia trademark template? --Nemo 13:35, 4 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This one marks that a Wikimedia logo is being used in the image. The another one marks that the image is fully attributed of Wikimedia Foundation. ElGatoSaez (talk) 06:55, 13 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Left image[edit]

I have trouble believing that the WMF has invested all the time and money necessary to register with the United States Patent and Trademark Office all of the trademarks of the 12,541 images whose file description pages currently transclude this template. It is more likely that few to none are registered. Thus, it would be more appropriate to replace the left image File:Orange trademark.svg with the more appropriate image File:Trademarked2.svg, and create a new Template:Wikimedia registered trademark if and when necessary.   — Jeff G. ツ 20:56, 18 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

This official template should use the official Wikimedia Foundation logo, not the print-friendly/experimental version in black. --Nemo 09:30, 29 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Nemo bis: As you have been told, twice now, the logo you removed was the official logo and you have placed the old and now unofficial logo in its place. --Gregory Varnum (Wikimedia Foundation) (talk) 17:02, 29 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Saying something somewhere does not make your pet logo official. Nemo 17:15, 29 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
