Translation count shown skips default renderings and always uses plural[edit]

  1. The number of translations in the header "File:<FILENAME> has 1 translations" should also take into account default renderings specified by making a language code blank, as in the given example.
  2. When there is only one language, it should state "... translation", not "... translations".
