Merge with Must Be Substituted?

- I can't find the discussion, but I know only computer geeks and lawyers understand the difference between "should" and "must" anymore. Everyone else seems to think of "must" as simply a stronger form of "should" (probably the result of our demanding culture), but the meaning here is technical. Maybe this "should" template should be deleted instead since it doesn't seem needed. Rocket000 (talk) 07:01, 8 January 2012 (UTC)
