dati.senato.it o senato.it

[edit]

@NiloGlock, Vale93b, and Nick.mon: Attualmente abbiamo questo template {{Dati.senato.it}} ma non {{Senato.it}}. La licenza cc-by però adesso è applicata non solo al sottodominio, ma anche al dominio. Propongo quindi di spostare il template a "Senato.it", e aggiornarlo di conseguenza. --Jaqen (talk) 11:12, 6 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

se c'è compatibilità di licenza, per me nulla osta --Vale93b (talk) 11:54, 6 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
No problem NiloGlock (talk) 12:10, 6 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Anche per me non c'è alcun problema. -- Nick.mon (talk) 13:28, 6 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Permission

[edit]

@Jaqen, Nick.mon, NiloGlock, and Vale93b: As far as I understand above, it's claimed that the license in dati.senato.it, applies to www.senato.it as well. However, although there's a CC-BY logo in www.senato.it, it does not points to any actual license. Moreover, the Avviso legale states that (bold is mine): L'utilizzo, la riproduzione, l'estrazione di copia, ovvero la distribuzione delle informazioni testuali e degli elementi multimediali disponibili sul sito del Senato è autorizzata esclusivamente nei limiti in cui la stessa avvenga nel rispetto dell'interesse pubblico all'informazione, per finalità non commerciali, garantendo l'integrità degli elementi riprodotti e mediante indicazione della fonte. These licensing conditions are openly invalid for Commons. Therefore, I do think that the license in www.senato.it is far from clear and cannot be taken for granted that it is compatible with Commons licensing requirements. What do you think? --Discasto talk 21:19, 24 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The dati sites, both senato and camera, contain database information for all the various legislators throughout the years. Including pictures. All information on those two sites are under {{Cc-by-3.0-it}} and {{Cc-by-4.0}} respectively. Including the pictures and any other database information. The non-commercial restriction on the other site is irrelevant in my opinion.I need to learn to read the actual question posed. So it would depend on what exactly we are talking about here. --Majora (talk) 21:45, 24 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
The actual question is whether the license in dati.senato.it applies to www.senato.it. At the moment, it's far from clear. --Discasto talk 18:40, 26 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Well...again it depends on what you exactly are talking about. If you are talking about the images of Senators the answer would be yes. Since all of those photos are included in the dati site and are properly released. If you are talking about, say, the image in the header I would say no. This isn't a blanket yes or no answer. --Majora (talk) 00:33, 27 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Regarding the first item, if they're "included in the dati site", the dati site URL must be included. Otherwise, it does not fly. --Discasto talk 07:36, 27 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
