Mark up to {{{2}}}[edit]

It is not using {{{2}}}? --Fukutaro 18:55, 28 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No it isn't supposed to use parameter 2. That parameter is only passed because i wanted to avoid extracting only the review parameter of the QIC/promotion template. That would have required complex parsing (keeping track or opened and closed curly braces and links, which could all contain | characters below the QIC/promotion template level. I guess every nominator knows what he or she wrote in the nomination. Well, it might only be interesting if somebody else nominates your picture. --Dschwen 19:11, 28 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Grammar errors[edit]

Please correct the German grammar: "Wir laden dich auch ein, sich an der Kategorisierung von zuletzt ernannte Qualitätsbilder zu beteiligen" is very wrong! --Hydro (talk) 08:37, 29 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Hydro: Please go ahead and correct it, this is what wiki is about. Click on the “Deutsch” link at the bottom of the template page to go to the German translation, and click on the Translate tab on that page to change it. If you use German interface language, you can simply press the blue “Translate now” button at the bottom of the template page to go straight where you can change the German translation. —Tacsipacsi (talk) 19:35, 29 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the instructions! I got it done. --Hydro (talk) 20:07, 29 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Template issues with URL-encoded apostrophe[edit]

Hi! For one of my Quality Image candidates, I used the URL-encoded filename. https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Swiss_Farmer%27s_View.jpg

The URL-encoded filename seems to be displaying fine everywhere on Wikipedia except on the QICBot which uses this template.
