Technical format[edit]

Hi @Jonesey95! Re this edit summary, I modeled this template off a similar one, although I've forgotten which one that was. But I have no attachment to any particular technical implementation, other than that I'd like it to be easy to use and to capture the prompt distinct from the rest of the description.

Having to put a table field around it manually seems non-optimal, so perhaps this should be rewritten. I'm not all that familiar with how templates work on Commons, so the editor rewriting should probably not be me. But it'll be easier to do now when it has a hundred-and-some transclusions than when it has thousands down the road. {{u|Sdkb}}talk 05:28, 22 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

This template creates a new table row. Putting it inside |description= creates invalid syntax: a new row nested inside an existing row, without closing the existing row or a starting a new table. I have boldly modified the documentation to recommend this method to insert the template. – Jonesey95 (talk) 13:37, 22 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
