@TadejM IMHO this edit request is too vague to fulfill; I barely understand how {{Plural}} and {{Plural-sl}} are implemented, and don’t trust myself to merge them (and I wouldn’t know how to verify the result either). Perhaps you can create Template:Plural/sandbox and implement (and test) the change there, and then report back here and reenable the edit request?
