The wording does not quite make sense currently, since the Supreme Court of the United States is not a person but an institution. ("This file is a work of the Supreme Court of the United States, taken or made as part of that person's official duties.") It should be written to refer to an employee of that agency, like other PD-USGov templates (e.g. Template:PD-USGov-State). I suggest: "This file is a work of an employee of the Supreme Court of the United States..." Dominic (talk) 14:44, 16 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
