What is the legal status in other EU countries (like UK) for these files. Do you agree to this template? --Isderion (talk) 23:45, 12 June 2010 (UTC)
- The EU claims a autonomous copyright at least on some of it's works (eg (Euro) banknotes or coin). See GUIDELINE OF THE EUROPEAN CENTRAL BANK of 26 August 1998 on certain provisions regarding euro banknotes, as amended on 26 August 1999 (ECB/1999/3) / (1999/656/EC) ([1]) and Communication from the Commission on copyright protection of the common face design of the euro coins /* COM/2001/0600 final */ ([2]).
