Military illustrator

@Thorbjoern.Joerger: The template {{Edit request}} must be included in the way like every other template. Count/countess, earl

{{Edit request}} A user added count and countess into the German subtemplate, and I assume he also used them already. I suggest to add earl, as well, but since there is no female form and countess is used, too, I think the template entry must be as follows:

|earl={{#ifeq:{{{2|}}}|f|countess|earl}}
