Under the latest version of the terms of use published on 19 June 2014, all contents from the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) website are freely to be used, copied, publicly transmitted, translated or otherwise modified on condition that the user complies with provisions, with the exception of the contents where other terms of use are applied. Commercial use of the contents is also permitted. Licence from the agency is not required.
