Langauge[edit]

I'll just ask an admin to insert this there, no use unprotecting for such a small thing.

Română: română Format folosit pentru crearea iconurilor de limbă (mai ales pentru linkuri ale Wikipediei spre site-uri în alte limbi.).

Extra space[edit]

{{Editprotected}}

Template {{Pl icon}} polski, {{Uk icon}} українська and probably many others have an extra space in front of Pl / Uk. Can someone fix it? --Jarekt (talk) 14:55, 20 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The problem is with the rendering of File:ISO 639 Icon pl.svg. But I don't understand why that one doesn't work but File:ISO 639 Icon en.svg does: the code is the same. Pruneautalk 15:18, 20 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
With rsvg-view, adding a whitespace before /> in both path tags made things better, but that doesn't seem to be the whole story. Pruneautalk 15:33, 20 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
For some reason, I seem to have managed to fix {{Pl icon}} polski but not {{Uk icon}} українська... Pruneautalk 15:23, 23 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Done for UK. Please use exclusively fonts "DejaVu Sans Condensed" (to replace Arial) or "DejaVu Serif Condensed" (to replace Times New Roman), which have the best rendering. Sémhur (talk) 17:40, 1 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Please see my comment at User talk:3247#Image:ISO 639 Icon pt.svg. --Hk kng (talk) 22:21, 1 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
So it looks like after replacing fonts with "Nimbus Sans L" it works correctly. There are, though, so many images to change, is there any bot capable of doing it? - Keta (talk) 09:40, 7 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

 Not done. As you have already found out, this is a problem with the images, not with the template. This is nothing which can be fixed by an edit to the template. Regards, -- ChrisiPK (Talk|Contribs) 20:36, 9 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
