We have this sentence saying 'The photographer releases the rights of this image to the maximum extent possible'.
I think this is ok when the photographer effectively wants to do such,
BUT, if a third person places this template on an image, he is usurping the photographer's rights.
This template is not a licence, but an information template, the photographer's rights should not be restricted at all by it.
How about cutting or replacing this sentence by something more adapted, the point being that som other rights might exist.
