Moral rights?[edit]

According to the project lead for CC Canada [1], this license does waive moral rights, at leas the integrity right. That leaves the attribution right, which is already mentioned in the template. Unless somebody disagrees, I intend to remove the last sentence. --Padraic 13:56, 8 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

In this case you should write also to Creative Commons who are publishing this licence. I do use this licence a lot, I'd rather to make it "moraly" fully respected, then removing it. But those rights are putting me in the haze, I'm kinda lost here! --Benoit Rochon 18:16, 8 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
According to that email, integrity rights will not be waived in the 3.0 license, but they are in 2.5. Personally, I think these rights are completely against every thing Wikimedia stands for, so I think we should encourage people to use 2.5. --Padraic 19:55, 8 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
