Usage

candidate1 and candidate2 must be inserted as the filename without the File: prefix on parameters one and two. candidate1-score and candidate2-score must be inserted as signed numbers (like +4 and -2, but not for zero) on parameters three and four. The signature doesn't need to be added manually as the template will do it for you. The verdict is computed automatically.

For now this template doesn't determine if one candidate is a current VI, so when demoting one, you should manually add them yourself after subsituting this template. It also doesn't determine where the arrow should be placed.
