License template for the license used by Python versions 1.3 through 1.5.2 as well as some alpha releases associated with Python 1.6.

The FSF calls this the Python-1.6a2 license. This is essentially a modified HPND; earlier versions of Python (until Python 1.2) are under a plain {{HPND}}, while later versions are under either the {{PSFL}} or a precursor.
(Note that since the CNRI-owned portions of Python were relicensed in 1.6.0 and 1.6.1, the current Python license page only lists the plain CWI HPND for Python 0.9.0 through 1.2 (since it is still applicable to any CWI-owned portions remaining) plus the licenses for Python 1.6.1 and later, hence the template links to the Free Software Foundation copy.)
