Under the Classics Protection and Access Act (17 U.S.C. § 1401), this sound recording is in the public domain in the United States because it was published before January 1, 1924.

Not all audio files are "sound recordings". Sounds accompanying a motion picture or other audiovisual work are not sound recordings under U.S. copyright law. Use this template's equivalent, {{PD-old-X-expired}}, for works that are not sound recordings.
