Public domain This work was first published in Bahrain and is now in the public domain because its copyright protection has expired by virtue of the Legislative Decree No. 10 of June 7, 1993 in respect of Copyright Law, enacted 21993 (details). The work meets one of the following criteria:

  • It is another type of work and more than fifty years have elapsed since the year of author's death
  • It is one of "Court judgements passed by the law courts in various degrees and translations of such judgements, official documents such as texts of laws, Amiri Decrees, administrative orders, international treaties, their translations and all official documents."
