Unfortunately, although the image hosted by Wikimedia Commons at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Example.jpg is free to use, the image license I have licensed the image under (Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0) requires appropriate attribution, and you have failed to do this.
