Template parameters

Parameter	Description		Default	Status
country	Country of first publication. Use English country names. Simultaneous publication (publication at the same time or within 30 days) in multiple countries is not handled. Not all countries are handled (template will give error if country not handled).		empty	required
publication	date of first publication. Either this or creation date is needed. For unpublished works, leave blank and set formalities=unpublished.		empty	optional
creation	date of creation of work		empty	optional
deathyear	author's year of death. Usually needed.		empty	optional
PD-on-URAA-date	Was the work in the public domain on the relevant URAA entry date? Template will try to auto-calculate this conservatively (needs deathyear to do so); override with "yes" if the answer is wrong.		empty	optional
formalities	If the work was published between 1929 and 1977, and US copyright formalities were not complied with, set this to no-notice (for US works published without copyright notice) no-renewal (for US works where copyright not renewed - for pre-1964 publication only, as renewal not required after this date). no-formalities (for non-US works published in the US after more than 30 days, where US formalities were not complied with) Template will tell you if setting this would place the work in the public domain - don't worry about it in every case.
