According to the Constitutional Convention Regulations, approved on 29 September 2021, all the contents published by the Chilean Constitutional Convention are licensed under the public domain license. The Chilean Constitutional Convention Regulations is explicit and mandatory, and apply to any documents, minutes and records of the Constitutional Convention, of any nature, in physical, electronic or audiovisual support. This template is intended to be used to those contents.

Constitutional Convention Regulations, 29 September 2021 (title V paragraph II article 109)

Artículo 109.- Dominio público. Los documentos, actas y registros de la Convención Constitucional, de cualquier naturaleza, en soporte físico, electrónico o audiovisual, producidos por sus integrantes y personal en el ejercicio de sus funciones, pertenecen al patrimonio cultural común.

Article 109.- Public domain. The documents, minutes and records of the Constitutional Convention, of any nature, in physical, electronic or audiovisual support, produced by its members and staff in the exercise of their functions, belong to the common cultural heritage.
