This work was published on the website owned by the City Council of Lorca datos.lorca.es. The legal notice authorises the "reuse of documents for commercial and non-commercial purposes. Reuse is understood as the use of documents held by the City Council of Lorca, by natural or legal persons, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, provided that such use does not constitute a public administrative activity. Authorized reuse includes, by way of illustration, copying, dissemination, modification, adaptation, extraction, rearrangement, and combination of information".

It also indicates that the concept of document is the one established in section 2 of article 3 of Law 37/2007, therefore it includes "all information whatever its material or electronic support as well as its form of graphic, sound expression or in the image used, including, consequently, also the data at its most disaggregated or "raw" levels".

The following terms must be followed:

  • It is not permitted to distort the content of the information (see moral rights).
  • The user must cite the source of the documents subject to reproduction.
  • The user must cite the date of the documents subject to reproduction, as long as it was included in the original document.
  • It may not indicate, insinuate or suggest that the City Council of Lorca, owner of the information, participates, sponsors or supports the reuse that is carried out.
  • The metadata on the update date and the applicable reuse conditions included, where appropriate, in the document made available for reuse must be kept, not altered or deleted.
