Vector equivalents of raytraced models?[edit]

Currently this category contains the two raytraced images shown on the right. Can someone please give an example of a vector image with cylindrical edges and spherical vertices that is actually of the same quality as a raytracing?

There is absolutely no point in replacing good raytracings with lower quality SVGs, like e.g.
File:Octahedron.png --> File:Octahedron (vector).svg (diff) or File:Tetrahedron.jpg --> File:Tetrahedron.svg (diff).

So unless someone can show how the vector graphics that "should be used" would look like, I suggest removing these images from this gallery. Watchduck (quack) 15:48, 24 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
