The semantics of the underlying SVG troubles me a bit. See further discussion at http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/svg-developers/message/64194 . To make a long story short, should we not, for accessibility reasons, make the C inside the circle a C rather than a truncated circle? The symbol first emerged as a part of US Law and was defined as "the letter C with a circle around it." David.daileyatsrudotedu (talk) 15:27, 3 February 2011 (UTC)
