Typo. Small size stamps: 14x20 mm. Shades. There are 2 printers (USA and Venezuela). The Caracas issue is surrounded by lines.

Revenue stamps could be used postally, as overprinted in small characters. Frequent in the 1871-1873 and 1879-1880 years.

Revenue stamps (School Tax) could be used postally, as overprinted in small characters Decreto de 27 Junio de 1870.
